We're just a 10-minute walk from the picturesque little beach of Acquaseria and well connected with public transport to Menaggio, the lake's hub for ferries and buses, which is only 7 minutes drive away. Ample free public parking is available nearby.

SLOW LIVING AT VILLA SAGGIO

We provide our guests plenty of options to create unforgettable memories. From couples' cooking classes to yoga retreats, many activities can be arranged in the privacy of your own garden with stunning views of the lake. Boat tours can also be arranged upon request. Of course, there's no shame in embracing la dolce far niente - the sweet art of doing nothing. Starting June 2026, our guests will be welcome to enjoy our swimming pool with breathtaking views!

Our interiors are thoughtfully crafted with nature as our source of inspiration. From warm wood wall panelling and classic parquet floors to marble countertops, granite staircases, Murano glass chandeliers, and airy linen curtains — every detail reflects a love for timeless, natural materials. Floral patterns in wallpaper and fabrics also add a delicate, natural charm. ​​​Our guests will often find that the villa’s exterior feels grounded and authentic, with subtle touches of agritourism that reflect our roots and setting. ​​​We’ve curated this gallery to offer a glimpse into the atmosphere we’ve created — though, we must admit, no photo can truly capture the magic of our panoramic lake views!
